Be an Expert Gold Buyer within one week!!
We provide a comprehensive training package at your premises over a one week period, after which, you will be fully competent in all aspects of gold buying.
A professionally-written Gold Buying Manual and all required tools and start-up materials will also be included.
No previous knowledge of gold or jewellery is required, as all necessary information is covered in the training session.
Training Overview
- Days 1 & 2 - Introduction to gold, identifying, testing and evaluating using the proven step-by-step methods covered by our Gold Buying Manual.
- Days 3 & 4 - Revision of Theory, Practical Testing Skills, Role Play & Price Negotiation. Shadowing of Trainer going through entire buying process with actual customers (including testing, negotiation & completing customer paperwork).
- Day 5 - Review of Licencing & Trading Standards Requirements. Finalising Look@Me Paperwork with Trainer. Going Live with customers (Trainer present for advice and observations). Any questions will be covered by the Trainer before he leaves.
